Twin Cities Pride Festival – June 28-30

Where: Loring Park, Minneapolis

Festival Hours:
Saturday 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Sunday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

PRIDE festival kicked off yesterday with a mixture of rain and somewhat chilly summertime weather. The festival started off with the Beer Dabbler, which included 26+ breweries and 26+ food trucks. The official festival will resume this Saturday and Sunday. There will be a wide range of events taking place in Loring Park and Uptown including: a Block Party, Brunch, Basketball Game, Fireworks, Live Music, a Parade and many more activities.  Just about everything is FREE unless you are looking for concert tickets or admission to the wonderful beer garden; which is a measly $5. Oh by the way, Pride happens to be the 3rd largest GLBT celebration in the nation with over 400,000 attendees.

“The Pride Festival features over 400 exhibitors, 40 food and beverage booths, 20 sponsors and 300,000+ visitors participate in this free celebration of the GLBT community.” (TCPride)
