The Underachievers will be in town this Wednesday and they’ve announced an after-party for their show at the main room. With the Record Room still under construction, Bobby Raps & TIIIIIIIIIIP’s dance party “Dequaxatron” has dwindled. That all changes with this after party which will be hosted in the 7th Street Entry. The night will feature plenty of special guests in signature Dequaxatron style, with Pouya in town you might even see a few rare live performances. This one is 18+ and pre-sale tickets are on sale for only $7, click the link below to grab yours now.
Just ahead of their show at First Avenue earlier last weekend, the newly formed Clockwork Indigo (Flatbush Zombies & The Underachievers) dropped a 5 track self-titled EP. The Clockwork Indigo EP packs quite the punch with that bonafide high energy that both groups have manifested so well. The “Beast Coast” is definitely on the come up as a plethora of artists continue to drop heat from within the region. Check out Clockwork Indigo’s EP below and be on the look out for a few visuals in the near future.
The Flatbush Zombies & The Underachievers will be in Chicago & Minneapolis this weekend on their “Electric Koolade Experience” Tour. Both events are all ages and tickets are on sell now for $20, click the link below to cop yours now.

The young duo just released this video within the last 24 hours from their song, “Midnight Augusto”. The song itself is pretty dope, but the quality of the video can be pretty boring and lacks ingenuity. It isn’y anything I have seen before….money, booze, basketball and cars. Overall, it is meant to showcase their live performances, which by the looks of it, they can THROW down.
Joey released the Summer Knights EP on iTunes today, and it will be featuring two new tracks. “My Jeep” was released yesterday, and it is pretty dope. The track features Meech, Issa, The Underachievers, and Chuck Strangers (Produced by Lee Bannon). Peep the track, and if you already haven’t, check out the Summer Knights EP.
Just a few days ago The Underachievers released their latest album, The Lords of Flatbush. The mixtape definitely has a different tone from the earlier tape Indigoism. They are beginning to stray away from their east coast style of Hip-Hop, and are taking off in somewhat of a new direction. Take a listen to the duos sound of the new-school, and let us know what you think.
