Noe Valley House by IwamotoScott Architecture // San Francisco, California
This is the 4th installment to The Coastal Cruz series and we are proud to say we have a few more to go. The photos above were shot when we hiked through the coastal forests of California. These were shot not too far from where they filmed planet of the apes, as we discovered anything from redwoods and dense forests, to mysterious and open land. This was a personal highlight, being able to chill out and explore an entirely new world.
Larry June of The Free Minded recently dropped some newness titled “Bad Dreams.” Widely known for his extensive work with TM88 and the rest of the 808 Mafia, Larry June continues to ride the wave off of his most recent release Route to Spain. June takes a slightly different route on “Bad Dreams” showing off his ability to provide depth and introspection. June should be on everyone’s radar by the end of the summer, peep “Bad Dreams” below and be on the look out for more.
This past weekend we made our way up through the historic pacific highway. Needless to say, it was hard coming back to TC after seeing some world’s best views. Through our journey’s, we started our trip in Los Angeles and eventually ended up in San Francisco. These next few weeks, we will feature images exclusively here on MADE. Anything from scenic mountains, blue oceans, dank forests and graffiti – expect a broad spectrum of landscapes that make up the state of California.
Photographer Vincent Laforet recently posted an amazing video featuring his aerial tour around the Bay area. Titled, Project Air, Laforet utilizes his vantage points perfectly to capture pictures from angles never before seen. Not sure if he’ll be publishing the photos for official use, all we can do is hope for now. Check out the video above and keep an eye out for more.
This home is brought to you by the studio out of San Francisco by the name of, Fougeron Architecture. The three-bedroom home is built on Big Sur’s south coast all while being neatly nestled on the ocean landscape. The complex structure looks like something thought up in a dream, but it is entirely real. These photos of the Fall House simply do not justify its view, as it appears to be absolutely stunning.
