The A$AP Mob took to Twitter earlier today to announce their long awaited national tour. The “Too Cozy” tour only has 20 stops, but it stretches across the country hitting just about every major city along the way, Minneapolis landing in mid October. The tour will also feature Playboi Carti, Key!, and the Cozy Boys, while A$AP Rocky, A$AP Ferg and the rest of the crew headline. Tickets for the show go on sale Friday, July 28th at 10AM “local time.”
After a long hiatus, Playboi Carti has re-emerged over the last month with 3 bangers. His latest, “Magnolia,” is a track that first blew up as a snippet over a year ago, fans rejoiced when the full length record showed up on his Soundcloud page a couple of weeks ago. A purveyor of swag, Carti is in rare form on “Magnolia,” the tailor made instrumental will surely have parties jumpin’ this summer. A$AP Mob’s newest member, Playboi Carti, will headline the night with opening performances from GainesFM, Finding Novyon, Lexii Alijai and a few special guests. Playboi Carti has navigated the underground well in 2015 and looks to continue his making gains into 2016. The young artist recently hooked up with another ATL youngin by the name of Lil Yachty, the Digital Nas produced “Run It” is a certified trapper’s anthem. Flex music as they call it, Playboi Carti & Lil Yachty do it well, Yachty shows off on his verse switching flows with ease. The kid Father will be in Minneapolis shortly after his Cry$$$ Tour stops in Chicago. The Atlanta rapper was a surprise hit at this year’s Soundset Festival and is known to bring the party where ever he goes. The night will also feature performances from KeithCharles Spacebar, Playboi Carti & Slug Christ rounding out what should be a good time. The event is all ages (WTF???) and tickets are still available for $15 in advance ($18 @ door). Rumors have been swirling that the event has been cancelled, but Mill City’s official website says otherwise, click the link below to buy tickets.
