Hurt Everbody is back with yet another banger. Titled “2K47”, the record’s instrumental takes on a futuristic, almost Sci Phy like tone, complimenting Supa’s spastic flow well. The kid’s control and energy grows with each release, he knows exactly when to throw it all out there, while remaining reserved at other times. Carl’s (1st) somber, complex, yet persistent flow meshes and contrasts Supa’s at the same time; these 2 continue to show good chemistry. With the release of their next project en route, this is a good glimpse at what you can expect, check out “2K47” below.
No less than a week since the release of Supa Bwe’s new EP Magic City, Hurt Everybody is already back at it. With the announcement that they’ll be dropping their next project at the top of 2015, the trio has decided to preview a new track titled “Grandma Death”. The chemistry between the 3 continues to grow as they champion their own definitive sound. Carl & Supa trade back and forth seamlessly as the instrumental builds slowly, the preview ends right after the vibe is set; leaving the listener ready for more. Peep the preview for “Grandma Death” below and stay tuned for the full version.
Supa Bwe celebrated his 25th birthday today with the release of a new EP entitled 10-4. The project only contains 4 tracks, but each one packs a unique punch. Supa’s sound is distinct and he’s quietly becoming one of Chicago’s best up and coming producers. 2014 has been a good year for Supa & Hurt Everybody and it shines through on 10-4. Check out the EP below and keep an eye out for more from Supa Bwe & Hurt Everybody.
A lot of dope music has dropped today and the trend continues. Khori⁴, Show You Suck and Mullato Beats (Hurt Everybody) joined forces on “Black Guise” with awesome results. Show goes in on the beat, the man’s been busy, but it’s been awhile since he’s dropped some newness. Khori⁴ impresses once again, no stranger to collaboration with the CHI, he’s definitely someone to watch out of St. Louis. Check out “Black Guise” above and stay tuned for more.
Carl of Chicago collective, Hurt Everybody, dropped a new solo track recently in the form of “Weapon of Choice”. This dude can definitely spit, but this time around he leans on his subtle singing ability to fill the record. Produced by Mullato Beats (is that fuckin harp??), the instrumental floats along for the first minute then turns up with a heavy hitting bass. Another solid track from the Hurt Everybody camp, Carl continues to prove that he’s one of Chicago’s most well-rounded up and comers.
Location: 708 S Goodwin Avenue, Urbana (IL)
When: Thursday, September 11th @ 10PM

Another day, another new track from Chicago’s Hurt Everybody. This time, the trio have dropped a track entitled “Inertia”. Dark, yet full of energy, “Inertia” is another example of Hurt Everybody’s versatility. It’s obvious that these guys are hungrier than most, it’s been a month since the release of their self titled EP and they continue to drop heat. Check out “Inertia” below and make sure to stay tuned for more.
Chicago collective Hurt Everybody continues their onslaught with the release of another single titled “Apotheosis”. Produced in house, “Apotheosis” peaks the interest from the beginning with an off canter bass line. Carl spits murder while Supa comes in second for the clean up. These dudes are on fuckin fire right now, since dropping their EP back in July they’ve been on a war path. Check out “Apotheosis” below and make sure to keep an ear out for more from Hurt Everybody.
Hurt Everybody are clearly on track to being one of Chicago’s breakout acts for 2014, relentless releases and a more than solid first effort both attribute to their success. With their latest record “Feel A Wave”, they’ve linked up with another dope artist in Chandler London. The tracks seem to come with ease now, as if there’s no conscious effort put in place; in a good way. No telling what’s ahead for these guys, we’re already excited for their next project. Check out “Feel A Wave” below and keep an eye out for more from Hurt Everybody & Chandler London.
Just when you had finished listening to Hurt Everybody’s debut EP from front to back, they’ve decided to drop some new music. This time, they once again hook up with Khori4 on the aptly titled “Illustrious”. These cats make a great fit with their previous track “Seoul” making quite the splash earlier this year. On their journey, it’s no secret that the girls/women will be flocking; whether it’s for the money, power or fame, they’ll be right behind. Throughout the track, each artist expresses their thoughts on the subject; each making their own distinct impact. Check out the record below and stay tuned for more from Hurt Everybody & Khori4.
