The Bodega Boys are currently enjoying the most successful year of their lives. From the Red Bull studios to the VICE offices, these guys are now the faces of arguably the funniest show on late night television. Sway will bring his “Sway In The Morning” radio show to Minneapolis for Rhymesayers’ Soundset Music Festival. This year the live broadcast will be held at Icehouse, a solid venue for this year’s Friday Fire Rap Cypher. The show is open to the public and serves as the official kick off for Soundset weekend.
If you haven’t seen this kids face around social media yet, we’ll be the first to show you an internet gem. Dubbed “The Pengest Munch,” British slang for “Sexiest/Hottest Munch,” 23 yr old (he really is) Elijah Quashie has built quite the following reviewing chicken restaurants throughout Britain. In episode 1, the Chicken Connoisseur hits up Taste of Tennessee on Old Street in London. A good starting point, hilarity ensues. Peep the video above and be on the look out for episode 2.
Seth Rogen (Pineapple Express, The Interview), Rose Byrne (X-Men: First Class, Get Him To The Greek), and Zac Efron (That Awkward Moment, We Are Your Friends) are back for another run as enemy neighbors in a sequel to the 2014 comedy hit, Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising. This time around, with the fraternity moved out, a sorority moves in, and Mac and Kelly must team up with their late frat-enemy, Teddy, in order to handle the new rowdy neighbors. Personally I don’t understand why you wouldn’t want a house-full of college girls right next door, but anything for the sake of comedy I guess. Director Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall, The Five-Year Engagement) leads the returning cast along side actors Chloe Grace Moretz (Carrie, The Equalizer), Selena Gomez (Monte Carlo, Hotel Transylvania), Dave Franco (21 Jump Street, Unfinished Business), and Lisa Kudrow (Friends, Analyze This). The trailer is here on MADE. Catch it in theaters this Friday.
Thank us later.
The good people over at VICE have been churning out nothing but goodness as of late, among their many new ventures they’ve started a new series called “Streets By VICE.” The new series focuses on one specific street that embodies a particular city, the first one being Bedford Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. The historic avenue weaves through a large variety of the borough’s many eclectic neighborhoods, along the way Krishna stops to talk to people who help define the area. Check out the video above and keep an eye out for the next one.
As VICE officially kicks off their new network, VICELAND, Action Bronson is busy continuing his “Fuck That’s Delicious” series.
