The good people over at Greenroom have been summoned for Red Bull Sound Select #2 and this one looks real good. This time around, electro-funk bassist Thundercat will be live at Amsterdam Bar & Hall alongside Greg Grease & Yabil. The L.A. based Thundercat has a cult following and is known to bring the grooves wherever he plays, if you remember the Travi$ Scott show you know this is a must attend. The good guys/gals over at Greenroom Magazine will be holding a very special event for the release of issue #3. The party will feature a live recording of Shots Fired with P.O.S, Open Mike Eagle & Dam-Funk as well as a DJ set from Chicago producer/DJ Stefan Ponce. There will be a suggested donation of $10, which will include a copy of issue #3, and seating will be limited with a capacity around 200. This should be a good time, if you’re interested in going you should plan to get there early to lock down a seat.
