Chris Jensen and Ashley Seeler are teaming up once again to bring together another dope show for a dope cause. You may remember Rap For Life 1 & 2, which raised awareness for suicide and chemical dependency; now the two have their sites on domestic abuse. The show will be held at the Triple Rock and will feature a plethora of artists including: Kill The Vultures, Bomba De Luz w/ Dem Atlas, Christopher Michael Jensen, Ceewhy + Gorilla Panic and Meteor Mouth as well as spoken word by Ashley Seeler, Phil Barnes and Matia Angelene. This one’s 18+ and is only $10, 50% of the proceeds being donated to Domestic Abuse Project; an organization right here in the Twin Cities. Minneapolis’ own deM atlaS took to Twitter the other day to announce that he has signed to Rhymesayers Entertainment. No word on what the deal holds or what he has planned, but this is definitely a good look for the young MC. Stay tuned for more info as deM atlaS makes himself home at Rhymesayers.

Still looking for something to do on Halloween? BeastHead, deM atlas & The Turnups will all be live at The Acadia Café tonight for a FREE show that’s looking to be a great time. This IS a Halloween party so all attendees are expected to be in costume, but I’m sure you wont be turned away if you aren’t dressed for the occasion.
