The A$AP Mob is currently riding the wave off the Cozy Tapes: Vol.2, while they continue their international “Too Cozy” tour. The 17 track project is a kaleidoscope of fresh production and features from a few industry giants like Big Sean, Gucci Mane, Frank Ocean, and Quavo. Cozy Tapes: Vol.2 feels like a mixtape which in this day and age is actually a good thing, the record has a looseness about it that suggests that there is much more to come. A$AP Rocky obviously serves as the ring leader, but Ferg, Twelvyy, Na$t, and Playboi Carti all show off notable verses. As the A$AP Mob grows into a formidable label of cohorts it will be interesting to see how they manage all of these individual identities. Check out Cozy Tapes: Vol.2 below via iTunes and make sure to click the link below for tickets to their Minneapolis tour stop.
The A$AP Mob is getting set to embark on their long awaited national tour. Tomorrow marks the 1 year anniversary of A$AP Yams’ untimely death, the Harlem star overdosing before reaching his true potential. To pay tribute and celebrate such an influential person, the A$AP Mob will be throwing a show at NYC’s Terminal 5. The event will feature performances from A$AP Rocky & the A$AP Mob, The Flatbush Zombies, Joey Bada$$ and many more. Streetwear icon, Stüssy, will contribute by releasing a limited edition t-shirt that will only be available at their flagship store in SOHO or at the event. No word on how much these will retail for, but they should hit shelves tomorrow.
Location: 2105 S State Street, Chicago When: Sunday, August 2nd @ 9PM
Hustle Simmons continues his Hustlepalooza series with it’s namesake festival in town next weekend. That Sunday, Simmons will host performances from A$AP MOB, Martin $ky, YP, Mic Terror and Roy French; a night that should rival Saturday’s show (Mick Jenkins). With A$AP Rocky performing at Lolla earlier in the evening, we wouldn’t be surprised if he makes an appearance alongside the MOB to make things official. This one is 18+ and general admission tickets can still be purchased for $25, click the link below to grab yours now.

Yesterday, A$AP Rocky dropped the official video for his lead single “Lord Pretty Flacko Jodye II”. With the un-timely passing of A$AP Yams, the A$AP Mob has been understandably quiet as of late.
