Last week we finally got the chance to stop by PIFF in Minneapolis’ Como neighborhood. Purveyors of cool, the space is loaded with dope clothing, an entire wall of rare kicks and even an arcade game that allows you to win sneakers. Among the many items on display around the store, jaw droppers include a Supreme motorcycle helmet, BAPE x Adidas NMDs, Nike SB “Blue Lobsters,” and Yeezy’s. They also offer their own PIFF brand clothing, as well as The Hundreds and Carrots. A new, larger space across the street is currently in the works, so you know things will only grow bigger. A vast amount of HEAT for anyone looking to stay fresh, click the link below for a better look at what they have to offer.
BAPE recently teased a new bomber jacket via their instagram. The Japanese company has seen a resurgence in popularity as of late and this new item will only add fuel to their growing fire. No concrete details regarding it’s release or a price, but you can bet you’ll have to shell out a few hundred. Stay tuned for more details.
With “Back to the Future” Day behind us the novelty items and collaborations are starting to pour in from even the most unexpected places. Japanese brand, A Bathing Ape, will be teaming up with Back to the Future on an entire collection incorporating Baby Milo throughout most of the line. Chicago’s own, RSVP Gallery, recently announced a collab with Japanese brand, A Bathing Ape. RSVP has always held BAPE in high regard featuring the brand in their flagship location. A Bathing Ape may not be run by Nigo anymore, but they seem to keep coming with decent stuff. The classic and once controversial “Bapesta” has been fitted in a new colorway featuring leopard camo in red or black. A clean pair of kicks no doubt, but anyone looking to drop the $260 should probably hold off on wearing them until summer. Click the link below and check out BAPE’s official website.
2 legendary street wear brands will join forces on a capsule collection this Fall. That’s right, A Bathing Ape & Undefeated will collaborate on a hoodie and 2 separate t-shirts for those who have been waiting. Some of the hypebeasts are calling these designs “Sloppy”, “Ugly”, “Late”, but fuck that, wear what you like not what they tell you. The above collection will become available on September 11th at Undefeated’s new flagship store in L.A. or you can wait until the 13th to snag them online. Check out the pics above and if you like what you see, keep an eye out for the links.

A Bathing Ape has seen a recent resurgence after changing captains awhile back. In the last few weeks we’ve seen coasters, rugs, new designs and now a new collaboration with iconic hat maker New Era. The Bape face crossed by their signature lightning star (Sta) logo comes in red and black and can now be found via Bape’s website. If you happen to live in L.A. or New York, stop on in and check them out in person.
Last week, A Bathing Ape unveiled their rug and it appears that they’ll continue expanding their home goods selection. The above Bape coasters are now available for around $15 US at select retailers in 3 color ways, red, yellow and black. The company’s signature camo print can be found on the back allowing for a little reversibility.
A Bathing Ape is known for going passed the boundaries of apparel, they once again prove that with the release of the above camo rug. The piece measures 42 by 60 cm and will retail for $230 via BAPE’s US web-store and store locations. With A Bathing Ape going separate ways with it’s creator, Nigo; it’s going to be interesting to see in what direction the brand moves.
