Christopher Nolan and his brother Jonathan are currently working on their next film project, Interstellar. Focusing on theories developed by physicist Kip Thorne surrounding wormholes and gravity fields, Interstellar follows a group of explorers as they attempt to travel through an actual wormhole, which according to Thorne’s theory allows travel from one universe to another, from one point to another in the same universe, or time travel. The cast includes Anne Hathaway and Michael Caine, who we know by now are no strangers to Christopher Nolan’s movies. Major props to the Nolan brothers on this one. In a time when Hollywood is being over-saturated and suffocated by big name sequels and re-makes, the Nolans have always managed to release some fresh and original material, including Memento (2000), The Prestige (2006) and Inception (2010). The Nolan’s will be working with Thorne on the project, which is set to be in theaters November 2014.
