Ana Zimmer – Money Ft. Finding Novyon (Video)

French songstress, Ana Zimmer, recently released the new video for her track “Money.” The visual subtly uses the colors of the french flag throughout, directed by Akatre; the low key visual style further enhances each artists performance. Ana’s voice rolls along with the record, especially on the chorus where she opens up vocally. The hometown kid Finding Novyon looks and sounds comfortable even though a flight to France was necessary to complete this video. Fresh off another Red Bull Sound Select show in L.A, the sky continues to be the limit for Novy. A dope visual, check out “Money” above and be on the look out for more from both artists.

New Trailer Available For Upcoming Drama ‘The Light Between Oceans’

A new trailer has just been released for an upcoming drama from writer/director Derek Cianfrance (Blue Valentine, The Place Beyond the Pines) called The Light Between Oceans, based on the bestselling novel by M.L. Stedman. Critically-acclaimed actors Michael Fassbender (12 Years A Slave, Macbeth), Alicia Vikander (Ex Machina, The Danish Girl), and Rachel Weisz (The Foundtain, The Bourne Legacy) lead the cast in the story about a lighthouse keeper and his wife living on the coast of Western Australia who rescue a baby adrift in a rowboat, and raise the child as their own. As the years pass, however, the keeper comes to discover the child’s real mother, and an emotional conflict ensues. The film is so far scheduled to be hit theaters on September 2nd. Check out the trailer here on MADE. Enjoy!

Slihmm – Scared

The kid Slihmm recently sent over a new track titled “Scared.” The Houston MC has been releasing a steady trickle of snippets over the last year, each one providing a step forward from the last. Produced by Electic Cher, the somber production fits Slihmm’s style like a glove, his introspective rhymes are enhanced by the instrumentals eeriness. These short tracks are really dope, but we’re hoping to hear a little more from Slihmm in the near future. Check out “Scared above and make sure to stay tuned for more from the Houston artist.

Prophetta – Old Man

The homie Prophetta recently dropped some newness in the form of a loose track titled “Old Man.” The young MC displays incredible dexterity, it’s obvious that he’s mastering his craft down to the T. A razor sharp flow is accompanied with witty bar after bar, Phetta’s precise cadence pulls the listener along for the ride. Prophetta shows why he’s currently one of Minneapolis’ best up and coming wordsmiths, check out “Old Man” above and be on the look out for more.
