As promised, week in and week out we discover and try new beers and bring them to you. Some…not so great. It’s others that leave you wanting every last drop that we feature. Save the troubles of spending cash and drinking something you wish you hadn’t by taking a little bit of our advice and try a few of the featured brews.
After that quick rant, lets get down to business. This weeks Brew of The Week, is Boulevard Brewery’s limited Imperial Stout. Sitting at a complex 11% ABV, Boulevard brings us one delicious, yet heavy brew. Poured into a smaller 10 oz glass, the Imperial Stout sat with some nice head before being able to drink it. The first initial taste, comes off as a raisiny plum taste, backed by chocolate and caramel characters. It is afterwords, you feel the warm booziness filling fill up your gut. At $10.99 a bottle, your drunk, and it is 100% worth it.

Each track features laid-back instrumentals with heavy synths to make up one dreamy sounding mix. Whether it’s late at night, or if you’re simply in chill mode, Strange Dreams, allows the mind to wonder freely.
We recently received a submission from AATS (Aaron & The Sea) featuring his new video for “Cloak & Dagger”. We’ve been hearing a lot about this guy as of late so we were pleasantly surprised to receive his new video. “Cloak & Dagger” is fresh, vibrant and un-like anything we’ve had in our inbox for quite some time; add the visual to the equation and you’ve got a very well rounded piece of artwork. AATS will be playing Kitty Cat Klub on the 7th of March for those interested in seeing this live. For now, check out the video above and make sure to RSVP via Facebook below.

Fans of the hit series Breaking Bad on AMC can now tune in for the new spin-off drama Better Call Saul from writing partners and Breaking Bad creators Vince Gilligan (The X-Files, Hancock) and Peter Gould (Double Dragon, Too Big To Fail). The series stars Emmy-winner Bob Odenkirk (Saturday Night Live, Nebraska) back in his role of Saul Goodman in the time before the character was Saul Goodman. Instead we see him as Jimmy McGill, a young lawyer trying to make ends meet but lacking in the confidence and self-assurance of Saul Goodman. Also back from Breaking Bad is Jonathan Banks as Mike Ehrmantraut, the former cop-turned-muscle-man under the employee of Gus, plus new-comers Rhea Seehorn (Whitney, Franklin & Bash), Patrick Fabian (General Hospital, The Last Exorcism), Michael McKean (Clue, Planes Trains & Automobiles), and Michael Mando (The Far Cry Experience, Orphan Black). The series is already three episodes in, so you should check out On-Demand if you need to catch up, then tune into AMC on Monday nights at 9pm/central.
